i just wanted to let you in on me and my friends joke... well mainly mine...
It is a power that L couldn't stop, not even by hiding his name (though L was his name... technically). Behind a persons face, the power of one man could kill anyone easily. Enter "John Smith", a forensic artist. After several corrupt cases leading to misguilded arrests, and illegal activity going unpunish, he found something called the Death Sketch Book.
