Omg... is this Sherlock? o_o
Please be Sherlock.
I just adore Vanilla's face in the fourth panel.
Everyone is hating Blythe for this! I know it was unexpected and all, and some people wouldn't be ok if you just randomly cut their hair, but I mean, hair's not really that important, right? She's really just doing this to show Blake that she likes to be controlling. I kind of think Blake deserves it, (even though I love him with all of my heart) he's been kind of a jerk since the beginning. And he really needs someone to show him that he's not always the boss.

Well, I don't know if that's what Sarah meant, but that's my take on it.

Anyways, I still think everyone is overreacting about Blythe. Honestly, I love that she did this. It really sets an appealing and (you don't know what I'm going to do next) kind of twist to her character.

Ok, so besides all of that, I actually have a sincere question. (<-Wow)
What steps to you take to make your art? Do you scan things you draw? Or do you do most of it on the computer? Do you paint with water color? Do you have a tablet you do it on? Do you use a pen? Do you do your strips on one piece of paper or do you do it on individual pieces and then put them together on the computer? (Really just anything you can answer about how you make your comics would be helpful.)

I'm really interested because for a while now, I've been trying to start my own comic. What I do now is just draw it out with pencil, sometimes drawing over with a thin marker, sometimes coloring in with color pencil (Which always turns kind of bleh) and then I scan it onto my computer. The Summer of Blake Sinclair was the very comic that introduced me to Smackjeeves and I anticipate for each update. So I felt as though you'd be the person to ask.

Thank you for reading, it would really mean a lot to me if you would answer.

Great work as always!

Jimmy hasn't even said a word and he's already my favorite character.
