For those who have played Wind Waker before, you may remember this part. Aryll gives Link
her telescope, which is her most "treasured possession". Why is it, though? The
next few pages will explain just that. You might want some tissue for the next few pages,
cause it's gonna get a little rough. The next few comic scripts were actually the hardest
for me to right in chapter 1. They tug at my heart everytime I read them, and I think
they're just so sad T_T
In other news (you'll see this on the front page, too, but for those who don't read the news, I'll say it here) Akeru-chan is starting school again as of tomorrow. We hope to have a page this Friday, but if we don't, we do apologize. However, this will mark our last bi-weekly update for a time and we'll be returning to our normal update schedule of Monday at 12:00PM EST. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, but while I can produce comic scripts at a rate of 5 minutes a script, without school, Akeru-chan can only produce comics at a rate of 1 per 3-1/2 days. With school, that will drop down further as she will have more to balance, so she'll only be able to produce a comic once a week. HOWEVER, there are only 17 scripts (scripts, not pages, sometimes the script gets cut in half so as to produce 2 pages) to the first chapter, and if we continue our current rate, that means we should produce around 20 or so pages to this first chapter. So, the next chapter will be starting up soon.
So, again, we'll be trying to update again on Friday, but if we miss, we apologize, and know that we'll keep trying to update at least once a week on Mondays like normal.
In final news, I have another Zelda related comic idea, so, if anyone reading this happens to be an artist, please message me. SmackJeeves has a PM feature, and it only takes a moment to sign up if you haven't already. So, if you want to apply, let me know.

I now present to you page 11 of Wind Waker =D It looks really good. We had some trouble
with it...the characters didn't want to portray the feelings we had hoped for, so we had
to modify it a bit from the original script. I hope this works better then what would have
gone up before (honestly, it's only a chance in what they say, but I feel its better).
Also, Aryll has a gift for Link? I wonder what it is o.O

For anyone who has read the Wind Waker Manga, yes, the "those clothes look unbareably
warm" things throughout the manga will be occurring in this comic as well. I don't
know if they'll be in the same spots, but the joke will be made multiple times. I enjoyed
the joke from the manga (and the like...5 times it appeared) so I felt it would be fun to
put it in. After all, who else hasn't thought "Those clothes look unbareably
warm" as well?
Also, I wonder what Aryll is thinking about. Anyone think they can guess? :P

Haha, love the comment title XD Anyway, as you can see, we have not one, but TWO comics
this week. Why? Well, for one thing, we felt sorry for vanishing for over 3 weeks with no
word as of why. As for thing #2, Akeru is desperately trying to get the story moving
forward some more. She's doing her hardest to get 2 comics per week done, so let's all
cheer for her. So, watch back here on Mondays and Thursdays to see if we have an update.
Akeru and I can't guarantee 100% that we'll update, but we'll certainly try.

Hey, sorry this comic took so long. Akeru had it done for a while, but her internet was
dead slow, so she was unable to get on for a week and a half. So, after much delay (and we
apologize for that) here's the next comic and we finally get to see what Grandma meant
when she said "It means something more." Poor Link wasn't expecting that one I
bet :P
