mystic-blat
Hello! I'm mystic-blat. I have an interest in comics, video games, cartoons, and storytelling. For as long as I can remember I’ve created characters, made fantasy worlds, and drawn my own personal comics. I have plans for creating both original comics and fan comics, as well as various pieces of artwork in between pages. I haven't gotten around to posting all of my comic series onto smackjeeves yet, but I plan to fix that soon.

Seriously, who even thinks that rock-paper-scissors toys are a good way to conquer the world? ...apparently, most of the other conquerors think that.

Oh yeah, and finally one of the characters are actually mentioned by name in-comic. Say hi to Wentworth, the Faithful Butler.
So after each battle you have to wind up all the toys that were sent out if you want to use them again. Fun.

Hmm, maybe the toys weren't initially intended to be used as actual armies? Just a thought.
Ooh I really like the flow of these panels. The dialogue and camera shots work really well together.
If conquering the world with toys didn't sound bad enough, imagine conquering the world by playing rock-paper-scissors.
Loudred's voice apparently has the ability to change the color of his words. I guess you could say that he has colorful language, heh.

And once again, if you want to see new comic pages before anyone else, consider supporting me on Patreon! The next page is already up there!

The castle is, uh, still a work in progress.
Imagine Wentworth hyping up every upcoming birthday as The One Where Your Magic Will Finally Awaken, only for nothing to happen. It gets kinda old.

Also no one's actual name has been mentioned in-comic yet, haha.
Using toys to fight is what everyone else is doing, apparently.
That's right, conquering the world with TOYS. This silly Mii comic is totally a serious story. Definitely.
What, haven't your parents ever shipped you off-planet to learn about responsibility?
@LKWayvern: Yep, you guessed right! :D
A NEWCOMER APPEARS!!! :O

This page took 47 layers (not including sketch layers) and has a new custom font! However, as of now, this comic is up to date on smackjeeves, so goodbye buffer. If you want to see new pages the moment they're finished, consider supporting me on patreon! Supporters get to see new art and comics weeks before everyone else does.

On a side note, Kirlia's design is influenced by her father's species; can you guess what pokemon it is? (Also, before you get any theories, he won't be showing up in the story. It's just a fun little character design choice.)
The Streetpass Galaxy Mii Council kinda oversees the rules that rulers have to follow. Also it'd be pretty bad if royals' children from different planets started killing each other. That could cause some intergalactic issues, to put it lightly.
Just so you know, Wentworth's appearance fluctuates a lot in this comic because I couldn't settle on an art style for him. So he, uh, looks better in some pages and worse in others.
@Allieluigico: Thanks! Though I can't really take credit for Wentworth's design since he's a canon character, haha. ^^;
Character introductions? What are those?

(joking aside, Wentworth is the butler from Mii Plaza's Warrior's Way. The game is legit about conquering the world. Like, wow. Most games have you heroically trying to STOP someone from conquering the world.)
CARBON used THUNDERBOLT! CRITICAL HIT! It's SUPER EFFECTIVE! The wild MOTHIM fainted! CARBON gained 454 EXP!

Oh hey, looks like someone woke up on the wrong side of the... tree?
"Let's draw a silly comic just for fun," I thought.
"Let's draw a traditional sketch comic like I used to do, since most of my comics nowadays are digital."
"Let's draw a comic where I don't stress out over the art quality," I thought.
"Perfection doesn't matter if I probably won't show it to anyone."
"Let's just do it," I thought.
*ends up drawing 12 pages in only a month*
*ends up putting more effort into the story and worldbuilding for the silly mii comic than necessary*
*ends up liking the story ideas*
*ends up thinking about showing the comic to people*
*ends up worrying about art/story quality*
*ends up drawing slower*
*ends up taking a year to slowly reach page 17*
*ends up still wanting to do the silly mii comic despite a million different art/comic/more important things that also need to be done*
*ends up drAWING A DETAILED ROOM AS THE COVER INSTEAD OF SOMETHING SIMPLER*
*WHICH TAKES LIKE OVER A MONTH WORKING ON AND OFF ON IT*
*ENDS UP SUBMITTING THE SILLY MII COMIC THAT SOMEHOW GOT OUT OF HAND*
......
*ends up being a bit embarrassed about doing a silly mii comic anyway*

Enjoy...?
@comercole: They can hear the difference. In the comic, there are parenthesis to show when a character is speaking in the pokemon language. Pokemon can sort of understand the human language (with pokemon who are around humans a lot having a better understanding), but humans generally can't understand the pokemon language.
A wild Aipom and Mothim appear!
