Emevsa
Emevsa is the collaborative name we use to write as. You’ll see us splashed across the internet under this name. We’ve been writing together since mid-2015, and haven’t looked back since! This is our first webcomic as a group, but our individual backgrounds have more than prepared us for this project. But…who are we really?

Emi
She’s our kick-ass illustrator! She has been illustrating for ten years, and began her first webcomic when she was 13 (though that has since been lost to the Nether). She has worked with other creators on projects as a colorist and illustrator, as well as penning her own stories on the side.

SJ
Our crazy full-time writer, SJ has been going hard at pounding out stories (and writing in general) for over ten years. She typically has multiple writing projects going on at any given time, but her sole focuses right now are the webcomic and her first fantasy novelette. SJ also spends an ungodly amount of time on the computer.

Evie
Our part-time contributer, Evie is currently working on a degree in Political Science! She does an amazing job of creating rich characters and scandalous side stories, even with her busy schedule!
And we're back! We apologise for the shorter episode. Emi is still settling back into life after gallivanting about Europe for three months but we didn't want to deprive you all anymore!
Wooooo! 50 pages!
Hi there everyone! We're just taking a small break. We'll be back later this month.

In the meantime, if you haven't already, check out our new series, Menagerie!

See you soon!
Thank you! Comments like that really keep us going.
And we're back!
And we're back! Wow! What a long break! But we got some rest, finished projects and got some pages done for you so welcome back! We're excited to get into our new issue, The Eureka Cascade! And to celebrate we're releasing the cover a little early!

We're now updating on Saturdays and Sundays so we'll see you on the weekend for our first page.
Can you believe we've reached the end of Issue 0? We hope you enjoyed it! If you're new now is a good time to binge it whilst we do some catch up in preparation for January's Issue 1 on 01/02/2018!

While we're here we just want to say a huge big thanks to everyone who has been already supported us. Being featured, having music and seeing all your comments honestly keeps us going. We do this story to share with you all and all of this love has been beautifully overwhelming.

We'll be revealing our bonus issue in January as well as other activities so make sure you follow us on Instagram, Patreon, Facebook and Twitter to get the goss as it happens!

See you in the next update!
@IronDog: We're releasing a bonus issue in January that goes into a bit more of a background regarding the ship and ZeeBee. :) Though it's his curiosity that makes him adorable I think.
@IronDog: Didn't think anyone would notice ;)
@IronDog: Awww thank you! We put a lot of effort into keeping the conversations moving with the characters to maintain momentum. Given there's a lot of talking and not a lot of action we wanted to be sure people didn't get bored. Glad you like the approach. :)
@IronDog: Hahaha thanks! We aim to disturb!
We love ZeeBee a lot! We're really glad you're enjoying it! Means a lot to see comments like this. Keeps us going haha. :D
We're switching gears a bit here as we leave the fate of Marcel up in the air for a time. Next week we bring in the first few characters of our main cast and we couldn't be more excited for you to meet them!

A big thanks to Gunwallace for some awesome theme music he did for us in a recent Quackcast episode! Can't tell you how much that meant to us. You can listen to the episode here: http://www.theduckwebcomics.com/quackcast/episode-347-psychopomps-and-death-personi fied.

See you next week!
Hi there! Emi here with your Friday update and the first page no less! We're super excited to finally have this project out of development and into your hands. SJ and I have been putting this together now for months though we've been writing it for much longer than that. To see it all drawn and coloured is such a delight and we hope that you like it too. :) If you want to engage with us more you can follow our progress on Instagram, Twitter or Patreon page! ~ EMI
Welcome to our little sci-fi opera "The Constellation Chronicle". After a research team tasked with mapping the outer system goes missing and a strange artifact is recovered, the star system of La Sillia is plunged into a series of conflicts and struggles as they attempt to forge a new destiny amongst the stars. This sci-fi epic follows key figures from an alliance of planets as they come to terms with what it means to gain what you want and lose everything you love. We update every week on Wednesdays and Fridays so join us tomorrow for our next update!
This page killed me! No pun intended! But it is such a sad moment when you have to kill people off in order for the story to progress. And I'm aware there are ways around that...but it wouldn't make for good reading, now would it? Did someone say tentacles? Also, isn't that black box legit?! Remember how we said that there was a lot of dialogue in this issue? Well, this panel, as you see, has none. Sometimes you don't need dialogue to make a meaningful impact. Sometimes it's the action that speaks for the page. In what is supposed to be an endearing moment, the foreshadowing in that last panel tells me something sad is about to happen! Doesn't Wainwright know you don't turn your back on a rogue robot!? Didn't he watch Star Wars?! If you want to engage with us more, you can follow our progress on Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, or Patreon! - SJ
This page has a ton of dialogue on it! While that can be off-putting for some people, because this is such a rapid-fire section, we decided to keep it all in there! You see more of the childish side of Marcel, while Wainwright gets frustrated. If you want to engage with us more, you can follow our progress on Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, and Patreon! - SJ
A boy and his...robot?! This scene was really cute to work out, after we got everything written down the first time and made edits. Some times you have to dig a bit for the diamonds, and this interaction was one of them. The fact that Marcel has named the robot gives us an insight into how he might have been growing up, or how his homelife now might be. These bubble/water drops! Water in space guys! The aesthetic of this page just slays me. There were a lot of interesting concepts we wanted to play around with, and isn't Sci-Fi just the best place to do that? You get a little science, a little fantasy, ya throw it in space, and there you go! If you want to engage with us more, you can follow our progress on Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, and Patreon! - SJ
