The layout is very good, I like how you have each character panned out on each side and in
the center, as well as their designs. The shading is pretty good, as well as the details,
The only thing I don't think work too well with the picture is some of the character's
large eyes. But wow, I'm impressed.
The two characters on the bottom left and right have larger eyes, and it kind of gives their detail a shot in the face.

What do you need help with, and I like this picture, good detail, as well as the face, the
face is odd, but I'm pretty sure that's the look you wanted to give them. The darker hues
and colors of the picture really push some of the softer, cool colors out.
