About Me
Once upon a time, in a land of weather that could not make up its mind for very long, there lived an English major named Beth. She had a large problem with procrastination and yet somehow managed to get things done. Usually. Beth had all sorts of adventures with her imagination...

Okay, okay, so the jig is up. Here's the REAL page five. Sorry, Gilbert!
For those not in the know, yesterday's little gag was based on this notorious round of Hollywood squares. (The quality isn't that great, but it's SO worth it.) I actually miss this show. It was full of laughs, many of which were supplied by Mr. Gottfried (If you still don't know who he is, he provided the voice for Iago in Disney's Aladdin)
Glad you enjoyed (:
OH HEY ALSO, HAPPY NATIONAL POETRY MONTH!
OKAY RESPONSE TIME!
Kaiyaweird: Hahaha, hopefully today's explanation clears it up some <3
Lingus: Excellent! Feel free to chime in whenever, I love hearing from people heehee
Del: He'll bring them to the mercy of his stand-up! And I'm going to have to agree. I, too, would love to see them chased by the Stay-Puft Marshamllow Man!
Lucky-Raincloud: Muwahahahaha! You are very welcome!
Guest: Oh man, the bacon and cheese sounds sooooooooo worth the impending heart attack. Sandwich with cheese + bacon = everything is better.

Nice reaction there, Raye.
In other news, I have various power metal songs stuck in my head. Yeah, I think that's about it.
RÉPONSES:
Kaiyaweird: I think if a giant square of ramen was chasing me, I would pee myself. And run, of course, run! And yeah. I don't think there have been any major announcements that I posted there instead of here, but I do not want to leave anybody out of the loop! I'll probably just try and make it so there's a sidebar or something throughout the site where little news things would go. And yes, this does help! Thank you! :D
RedNoseDog: Yeah, that's what I usually like that setup for, too. Though like Kaiyaweird mentioned, it can also potentially spoil things, so I am a bit torn hahaha. Thank you for the input!
da-kasha: Awww, now I'm blushing (:
Del: ♫ Updaaaaaaates on my shouldeeers make me happyyyy! ♫
muddasatyr: WHOOOO! Hahaha, you must've had a fun St. Patty's day

OH, THE BUILD UP!
Okay, announcement time. I wasn't very productive on the comic front this week due to another project. That said, I'll only be able to post one page a week for a while. I'll be sloooowly making my way through more of chapter 4, and hopefully the one-a-week schedule will help me in my game of catch-up. Expect pages on Wednesdays.
Man, and I really need to catch up on my comic-reading, too.
There is also another thing I wanted to mention. I asked this in the comments on the home page, since it has to do with it, but Ti brought up some good points.
First off, fellow Smackjeevers: when checking on the comic, do you only come in through your favorites page, or do you stop by at the home page, too? I'm curious since I might have to make announcements there that wouldn't necessarily warrant a "filler" page, and when I (eventually) redesign this place, I want things to be accessible for everyone.
Second, and this is a question for Smackjeeves and non-Smackjeeves readers: would you like to see the latest page on the home page? Thoughts and suggestions are more than welcome.
Anyway, RÉPONSES:
Del: Wisdom teeth are the bane of human existence!
RedNoseDog: Thanks! I have so much fun with the glowy things
Kaiyaweird: RAmen!

Heeeeeello, folks. Sorry for missing on Friday. This semester has been insaaaaaaane and I
just haven't been feeling it lately. (Remember that week I supposedly took off from the
comic to catch up? Yeah, that went towards homework and the like.) Anyway, new page for
today, but it is unlikely there will be one on Friday. The good news is, next week is
spring break. Which means I'll actually have time to do some catching up for the comic.
Hooray!
I think yesterday was Vince's birthday. Happy birthday, Vince! Now get back to being afraid of the dark.
RÉPONSES:
Stig: Aww, thank you!
Del: I imagine death by chocolate would be the most pleasant of deaths. Except for somebody that's allergic. Then it would kind of suck.
Kaiyaweird: And it's a game I love playing!

Ladies and gents, this marks the return of colored pages! I was so excited while doing the
clean-up and lettering for this. Coloring was a lot easier to do than I remembered, though
it did mean an extra couple of hours of work. I do believe it is worth it, though. Even
though...well...this is probably super late according to most time zones (though not
mine!)
Gawd, I feel like I've been away from this forever. But I am super stoked to get this chapter started. It's a bit shorter than the last two, but IT MIGHT BE ACTION-PACKED?! I dunno. We'll see.
I really don't know where all my extra time goes. My vote is homework and the like.
RÉPONSES:
Del: I did enjoy the rhyme! And nothing beats those chocolate pies with the whipped cream topping...I can't even remember what they're called but they are amaaaaaaaaaaazing
Kaiyaweird: I bet they played a rousing game of pin the tail on the cranky jerk in the tuxedo t-shirt! (Poor Elijah gets no respect)
muddasatyr: Thank ya! I will toast to that!

Comment on One Year Old! of Abaddon

So yesterday, Abaddon officially turned one year old. Woohoo! That went by pretty fast.
Here's a silly little picture to celebrate. I wanted to get it up yesterday, but I am
slow.
Chapter 4 officially begins on Wednesday!
RÉPONSES:
Kaiyaweird: Thank you! I wanted to use a nice bright color for this one hahaha
Del: Pringles make the tastiest fake duck bills!
Ti: THEY'RE BREAKIN' THE BORDERS! Haha, and hey, no worries. I update like a snail, so there is no rush

So yeah, this semester has been rocky at best, and it's once again taking a toll on the comic. Here's a rough of the page, just in case I can't have it finished for tomorrow. I want to get the finished one up sometime this week, though.
As much as I hate having to miss updates and take breaks from the comic, it'll probably be spotty for a while yet. I have a three-day weekend coming up, though, and if I can finish a bunch of assignments and still have time left over, I'm going to try and play catch-up.
If you want to keep an eye on the progress, I'll try making regular little updates at the Abaddon tumblr.
Thank you, everyone <3
Responses:
Del: Haha! Where are vast quantities of water when you need them, eh? (:
Kaiyaweird: Hahaha, the clip is so worth the poor quality. Thank you! AND I AGREE, THE ACTION NEEDS TO START!
Lingus: I think that's what makes April Fools Day is my favorite holiday when it comes to webcomics :D
muddasatyr: Hahaha, I was wondering if that was you, but I wasn't sure.
Gottfried gargoyle is totally ballin'
