I NEED ARTISTS!!!
Just so everyone knows, I don't need a storyliner. I need an inker and a color...er.
But seriously-

I can ink, but not well, and I'd appreciate an inker. In fact that's who I need the most right now. And if anyone knows any good ways to panel I'd be ever so grateful for that info. So far I think I'd only need a color artist for coverpages.

Just send in some of your stuff showing off your talent, but beware I'm very picky. And if I don't accept you, it's only because it's not the type of art I need. Email me at:
plumblossomrox@hotmail.com

Thanks everybody! And I hope you had happy holidays.

Aw come on man, putting her down like that... >.>

Lmao I love this comic, and I'm so glad this site has at least one comic to offer that isn't a yaoi manga. Great job, keep it up! :)
Ah I remember the first personify...I wanna join again but meh...I'm too busy >.>

Oooh so prettiful! I love it! ^^

(RIP Aria ;-; )lmao
Feast your eyes on its unfinished glory!
Bwahahaha!

This is my character, Acacia (aka Ace), that I drew this afternoon. The scanner did not do it justice. The right side of her body looks like it's cutting into itself. XD

And then after I scanned it I realized- I didn't draw the left hand. O_o But I didn't feel like rescanning it after finishing the drawing. And I think I would have redrawn the arm anyways so just ignore the left arm...

I also need to start drawing the entire body of my characters. I get lazy and I don't draw the rest of the legs. XD Anyways, please trust me when I say that as soon as I find a way to actually accomplish making a comic of this I will. :) Thanks for reading!
Hehe thanks for the support guys >.> lol jk

But as I said, it really wasn't supposed to be very good...I mean if you drew a line through his torso and shoulders you could tell how askew all that is. mostly because I drew him with too much muscle so I erased and just did a free draw of the arms...not resulting well.

Anyways enough excuses thanks for the comments! xD
IT BURRRNSSS MEH EYES!
Okay this was just a sketch I did last night while lying on my stomach and watching a movie so it sucks. Jayson is supposed to be much more of a string bean, and his arms scare me...Trust me I just put this up as a distraction. It's not what the comic will look like haha.

Is the patient trusted: No

How long has patient been attending Banner Asylum? Ten years

Bio: It is uncertain where exactly Bartholomew was born, but he was raised in an orphanage in England until he was about four years of age. He was then adopted by the Carnegie family who loved him and cared for him like any other normal family…however…they could not deny the fact that there was something very different and very strange about the boy. He would just stare at them, red eyes seeming to peer into their very souls, until one day…
His brother had gone to school and his father was at work…his mother asked him why he stared at them in such a manner and then preceded to tell him that staring was rude. At that time, Bartholomew merely pointed to something above her head…when she looked, he stabbed her to death. When his father and brother returned home, they found him sitting on the kitchen floor with the bloody knife in his hand, a wide smile across his face.
Much later, the police were called, by Bartholomew himself, and he was committed for murdering his family….

Does said patient have any relatives? No

Comforts: Sweets…namely cold strawberry jam and manga
Fears: Bartholomew fears fire above all things…

(Not written down by Dr.Banner:
Oculus Excessum- Eye Death or Eye of Death. Bartholomew has the ability to see when people are going to die if he looks them in the eyes.)
Bart killed Dr.Banner's hand! D:
Haha I have really learned to like this character. I give credit to Lemurkat who had joined my forum and created this character, and on Gaia her username is Xx-Beyond-Birthday-xX. I will fill out the profile later because once again I am tired.

Thanks for reading and there will eventually be some of my own art. :)
I love this page. Best so far, in my opinion...but that may be because a sadistic guy is in that "almost kissing" position that I just love so much. lol

<3 it!
I...LOVE...THIS...COMIC!

Faving now! <3

Hair: Black
Bodytype: Fit, in shape

Histrionic Disorder Symptoms:
(1) is uncomfortable in situations in which he or she is not the center of attention
(2) interaction with others is often characterized by inappropriate sexually seductive or provocative behavior
(3) displays rapidly shifting and shallow expression of emotions
(4) consistently uses physical appearance to draw attention to self

(6) shows self-dramatization, theatricality, and exaggerated expression of emotion
(7) is suggestible, i.e., easily influenced by others or circumstances

All of the above apply, but some of the theatrics and appearance are during most of his good side, and his sexual comments and shallow emotions are saved for his bad side. ( ;] )

Is the patient trusted: Not at all, except at times when he is in his good moods, but employees are trained to be on red alert even then.

How long has patient been attending Banner Asylum? eight years

Bio: Alexander Bennet started out normal enough, but at age thirteen when his illness began to appear, his parents became concerned. Brining him to every doctor possible to see if they could "fix" him. All of the therapy sessions and such were obviously taking a toll on Al's parent's checkbook, and during this time his mother started a drinking habit. She died in a car accident.
After that, at age fifteen, Al's father became abusive. Alexander got his first girlfriend right before turning sweet sixteen, but eventually she wanted to break up. Thinking that they had both been in love and that someone was forcing her to break up with him, he attempted murder on all the boys in the football team. Luckily his girlfriend had alerted the police, and his plans were thwarted. The police found out that AL's father was not only an alcoholic, but a drug dealer (trying to earn back the money her "wasted" on his son) and he was then sentenced to twelve years in prison. Al was sent to a foster home of a young couple where they cared for him even though he never returned their affection. But, at age seventeen, right when Al decided he wanted to become their new son officially, the wife got pregnant, and nine months later a brand new baby boy was born.
Out of jealousy, Al killed the baby, and after a year of being switched through different county jails, at age nineteen, Alexander Bennet was sent to Banner Asylum.

Does said patient have any relatives? Yes, but they are currently unavailable/unaccessible.

Comforts: Attention, romance, dark evil things (bad side).
Fears: Nothing except being left alone for a long period of time when he wants attention.

(Not written down by Dr.Banner:
The ability that Alexander will gain is mental manipulation. Being able to get inside your head and twist images, memories, and even control you to a certain point- if not just drive you mad.)
IT BUUUURNS! O_o
I'll continue his profile later, I'm too tired right now. Bad headache. So I've decided that this character will be based off of the Joker and Deathstroke (DC Comics). I know it's kind of hard to picture, them being two complete opposites. I chose the Joker more for a way to portray his good side when he's charming an whatnot, and Deathstroke (aka Slade) as his bad side. He doesn't act very crazy like the Joker, but he's evil. Yes he's very, very evil. He's also pretty fit, so he's gonna be a tough foe to handle. XD I hope I have fun with this one. :)

Appearance-

Eyes: Light amber
Hair: Brown with red tips
Bodytype: Very fit and healthy. She seems to get more attractive each day.
Weight: 129 lbs.

Extremus Disorder symptoms:
Causes patient to find herself wanting to fuflill extreme acts. (i.e. Holding breath for long amount of time, lifting a large amount of weights for a long time, jumping off of high objects.) The extreme that is set depends completely on the patient's mind, and how she has been influenced. The asylum has made sure that nothing would influence her to do something so extreme it resulted in death. A serum has been made that will calm down the nerves in her brain and probably halt the process of the "extreme".

Is the patient trusted? Yes. Very much. The only danger she poses is to herself, and it has been a long while since she needed to fulfill an act.

How long has patient attended Banner asylum? fourteen years.

Bio: Acacia Allen burnt down her parent's house while they were still inside. Let it be noted, however, that Ace was noted attempting arson or murder. Ace had been trying to walk on fire as one of her extremes, and her only being four, she didn't know that fire could burn down houses. After that she was sent to Banner asylum where she has been sheltered away from many realities because of her illness. She is not, however, in any way naive as she has learned about normal lives outside of the asylum. She's also watched countless movies, read many books, and talked to many people. She's not as sheltered as Dr.Banner would like to think.

Does said patient have any known relatives: ...No.

Comforts: Fulfilling her extreme act.
Fears: Death. It seems to be her one fear, and the one extreme she never wants to fulfill, possibly being the mental reason for her disorder.

( Not written down by Dr.Banner:
The power that Acacia will later have is an enhanced genetics code. Or to put it simpler- Enhanced physique. (i.e. Enhanced agility, speed, strength, beauty, sight, hearing, intelligence, etc.) It will also finally be noted that Ace is practically -chronologically- immortal.)
Dr. Banner was drunk when he wrote this lol
So, this is my main character, Acacia Allen. She later takes the persona of Artemis, a vigilante who resembles a modern huntress. I actually didn't know that Marvel had even made their own Artemis (even though they made her as the heroine deity in this case). I can assure you that Acacia has nothing to do with the Greek goddess.
The reason why I compare her to Kitty Pryde from X-men (Marvel Comics) is because another character in the forum -Stewart Thomas Elliot- becomes her lover and he later gains the powers that of Colossus'. I will most likely tweak his powers because I'd like this comic to be as original as possible.
You will also notice that in the top left corner I put an old old oooolllld drawing of Ace up there. So that's kinda -stressing the "kinda part- how the art will look like. Less cartoon like and much much better. :) I promise that as soon as I get my scanner fixed I will at least get some sketches up here, if not inked drawings. >_<

BUT BUT BUT! I want to see the panel noooow! ;-;

Jk I'll wait. *waits*
<3 the page! :) [so far xD]
The inspirations
When making a forum character, you usually have a character from somewhere else that you're mimicking in some way. Even if it's unintentional, there will always be noticeable similarities.

Those are the only "inspiration characters" I could bring up at the time. My character (Acacia Allen) is actually a mix between Artemis(a goddess used in Marvel as a superheroine deity), and Kitty Pryde (Shadowcat used in Marvel comics:X-men.) Since the next few pages are going to be files on the characters, I'll explain why. Here's the lineup of the characters above from left to right:
Kitty Pryde ~Sahdowcat (Marvel Comics), Joker and Harlequin (DC comics), Beyond Birthday (Death Note), Colossus (Marvel Comics), Artemis (Marvel Comics), and L (Death Note). ^^

Yes I suck at copy and pasting. lawlz.Enjoy the next few pages. (:
So as you can see...
I currently only have a computer mouse to draw with... and I did this in about ten seconds. So don't even think about thinking this is what I'd actually consider as art. >.>

I do have a question, though.
I use Photoshop CS3 and I'd like to made smooth strokes. I know I only use my finger on a mousepad right now, but it shouldn't look all pixely and stuff right? Cos I had to use airbrush on this to make it look smooth and it obviously didn't work...But this picture wasn't supposed look good... >.> Anyways...if someone could answer this question, that'd be great so I could get on a roll with this. :)
