this is stating the American Government are racist hating bastard scumbags and didn't even put a fraction of the effort into new orleans that the chinese put into there then recent earthquake.
Really, I just like touching on racism and calling it on all sorts of different people and institutions, acknowleding it does sadly exist, but never actually being racist. But I can see how some may confuse it.
