If you dont understand..

War Rules
1. - Each player starts with 100 Points. Every time you die, you lose points. If you kill someone, you gain points. You may place any amount of points wanted, but both players must have enough to support this.
2. - Killing a main character does not give you points, but EXP.
3. - You must gain 500 EXP. before Leveling up. When you reach a certain level, you gain a new move.
4. - Max Level (Lv.) is 40 until you have 200 points, Max Lv. is 80 until you have 400, Max Lv. is 100 until you have 800, and No Max Lv. if you have 1000 points or beyond.
5. - If you die, you re-spawn to the Portal Zone, in which you may to any location avalable to you.
6. - If your points go to 0, then restarts, but at Level 0 and you must fight a Sonic Clone with no powers in order to respawn to the portal zone at Level 1 with 100 points.
If you die, then you re-spawn back at the spot.
7. - If you beat the Sonic CLone, then you restarts and re-spawn at the Portal Zone (Final Destination)

Also, there are three ways to determent a winner.

1. - Polls (Importance - 1/10)
2. - By Level, Skills, Ect... (Importance - 5/10)
3. - By Author's Words. (Importance - 4/10)
