Again I miss the original SiTRE.. but this one is coming along nicely.. far more updates so that I can laugh while I mute the customers.
Personal note. Wife had a guy who called her to complain that his cable wasn't working.. took him just 90 seconds to figure out that if the power is off in the house.. tv doesn't work.
