The event horizon of black holes isn't that big - I remember reading somewhere that
turning Earth into one wouldn't affect the satellites in most orbits; one created in a
particle accelerator would have a hard time eating anything.

It's an animated GIF. The Chao wakes up, comments on his nap, worries about his rusty
comic-making skills and if this one was too confusing but decides nothing could be simpler
than "Return in Progress", says screw it then goes back to sleep. Repeat ad
infinitum(or ad change-the-page-um).

Both y'all are wrong. Ice is less dense than water, so it floats. However, five pounds of
feathers is still as heavy as five pounds of U-238.
And I'd think that Wily would be surprisingly athletic, considering all the running he does.
