About Me
Kimberley, or KimBo as she is often called, has just graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a degree in Psychology. However, her real passion lies in art, which is why she is currently studying Illustration at Telford College.
Outside of art, Kimberley is a ghost tour guide for Mercat Tours in Edinburgh; a job she is enjoying immensely. She is also a faithful season-ticket holder of Edinburgh Rugby Club (and an avid fan of London Wasps). As well as drawing, she enjoys listening to music, watching a rediculous amount of films and sleeping.

I'm glad you all liked the last double page! It took me sooo long, from about 10 in the
morning till 9 at night - I was shattered afterwards but it looks good so I'm happy! I'm
afraid the colouring on this page is not as good, sorry about that.
I was aiming for a rustic wine cellar kind of place on this page. It almost reminds me of the vaults at work where I take my ghost tours - only a little bit nicer and more intact lol.

Woah! It's been over a month since I last updated! Sorry, that's me just being lazy. I'll
be sure to update more regularly from now on.
And we're finally introduced to another uke - Mike 'The Blade' Blair lol.

Ooh! A double page! Been a while since I drew one of those! I'm exhausted lol!
I'm giggling about the guy who ties up Lock. I started off drawing a smiling face then suddenly it had turned into a brunette Hilary Briss from 'League of Gentlemen' lol. Maybe he's the first thing I think of when it comes to evil smiles.
I'm all excited for this weekend as I'm going to see the Scotland rugby boys taking on Figi. It's the first game under new coach Andy Robinson so it should be interesting!
Hope everybody in Britain enjoyed Guy Fawkes Night!
- eternalbeliever12 - Well his arms are so meaty, he probably doesn't even feel it! lol Wow! That is some dedication!
- Some_Unknown_Dude - I know! I've got such a soft spot for heroic gentlemen, even if its such a cliche lol. Thanks for the advice btw - I hope it shows but I used it a lot on this page and you're right, it does make a big difference! I'll remember that for future pages too.

I keep on promising myself every year that I'm goin to do the typical Edinburgh thing and
have a picnic on Arthur's Seat (this extinct volcano) to watch the fireworks, but I still
haven't done it. Apparently it's amazin but there's so many people on AS settin off their
own fireworks, that you kinda go at the risk of your own personal health and safety lol.
Hee hee, I remember remember! Ol' Guy Fawkes and that little plot of his to blow up the Parliament. Tut tut! I always used to be afraid of the Guys they chucked on the bonfires lol.
Lovely page btw. It's all gettin very excitin!

Next page! Whooh! Sorry for the wait!
Just wonderin - did anybody manage to draw a picture for the competition? If not don't worry! It was just meant to be a bit of fun so I'm nae fussed! If, however, you have, pm me and I'll give you my e-mail address.
- horse_chic11 - Good guess my love! lol We all knew he wouldn't let 5.2 get hurt didn't we? hee hee
- eternalbeliever12 - Thank you! Well, the way I colour hasn't changed - but I wanted it to get the feelin of being in a dark corridor with only a small glimmer of light so that's why it looks different. Btw I was looking at some of my fav comics on smackjeeves and you have left so many comments! You are one dedicated webcomic reader - I am thoroughly impressed!
- Some_Unknown_Dude - Thank you very much! Fraid this dog is as unfriendly as it looks! It appears that I like evil animals in this comic - first Tiny the Capercaillie now this! lol

Comment on Belated Hallowe'en Treat (or trick? lol) of LockDown
KimBoCruicky, 01 Nov 2009 05:49 pm
Well, it may be a little late but a wee treat for you - Lock and 5.2 getting ready for the
Hallowe'en party! Lock looks happy eh? I bet he's thinking 'I'm going to get arrested if I
go out like this!' lol (it wasn't his idea!)
I've had a brill Hallowe'en! It's a very busy time of the year for my work (I'm a ghost tour guide). I had five tours over two days so I'm feelin a little delicate now lol, but I had the most fun! I got to dress up (I went as the Green Lady of Morningside, albeit dressed in blue lol) and loved watching my colleagues acting like children, running rampant scaring the bejeebus of out our customers! Seeing Steve, a middle aged family man as Mr Pox, a hideous, green-faced creature with a long nose, hiding in a cupboard and jumping out at people had me in stitches!
Hope you all had fun as well! Did any of you make pumpkin lanters? Or if you're in Scotland, did you make a neep (turnip) lantern?

Hiya!
Sorry about the late update; I'm afraid I've been feeling a bit under the weather recently with flu-like things and a sore shoulder but I'm recovering well. The next page will be up this weekend so you don't have to wait too long to find out what happens to 5.2 lol.
As always, thank you all for your comments!!! I'm glad you're all enjoying the comic so far. Admittedly, this is a rather slow episode but I've finished writing the next one and its jam packed with action!!! Can't wait!
