I like the fight scene, it doesn't look bad ^^ You said you liked Rurouni Kenshin, well, I suggest you take a look at Sanosuke's fights (specially in the manga) so you can get some references ^^

blurred the characters that don't need to stand out so that we can focus on the more
important ones (with so many charas around, it's easy to get a bit lost) ^^

If you don't mind my advice, maybe the colors in the last two panels are a bit too bright for what's going on? maybe you could try a mixture of gray and blue instead?
