So yes. I like to draw comics. I try to get out and visit the nice people who support me, so don't be surprised if I pop by your comic or Deviant page. I get along well with most people on the Internet and can only count one - maybe two - people I've had a disagreement with! I genuinely respect you when you're working hard on your art and doing your own thing with pride. :D

When you say "beat" a test, I imagine myself wielding the ultimate sledgehammer
and going at it with all the restraint of a crazy buffalo being chased by the white man.
(I know you're thinking: ADD much?)
Hahaha. Well, it is a running gag, too, so I also have to keep it lighthearted and funny for a while. At least I've got it all written... If only I was half as fast at drawing as the writing. *eyes burn* Chapter 1 is like: This is Jude and what Jude does. Chapter 2-3 is: Jude's special talents and interpersonal relationships. Chapter 4 starts to get at his upbringing and the...*cough*...cafe guy. So hopefully it'll be a bit quicker than an 8-chapter slow-burning wick.
Not that there's anything wrong with an 8-chapter slow-burning wick unless it's stuck in neutral or slow-mo sludge. I'm sure you just have a juicy plotline to unleash, amiright?
In any case, I'm rambling. Thanks again for the time and effort, and don't dare worry about lateness or stuff like that. I'm not one for punctuality by any stretch of the imagination.
*On another note, it's interesting to see what pictures you picked out to include here. ^_^

Thank you for the kind review, fair lady BaldDumboRat.
XD - madbrook95, I actually hand-picked BDR because she's so fair in reviewing. If I was gonna get a review, I decided it sure Hellas has to be useful! (Yosh!) :) Everything she said is spot on and her advice is right on the money. ;)
As of right now, the story is still in concept-mode with character introductions, so the evaluation is hitting the nail on the head.
I wanted to catch a review early, so I can improve and have it re-reviewed later. This way, it's like a time capsule for me and a memoir of my progress. :D
I have the whole story written out, and sadly, I'll still be stuck in character introduction and fleshing out till chapter 4! *Boohoo! But after that I promise, the onion layers will begin to be peeled back little by little. ^_~
I feel like I'm back in geometry - so close, so close to a B!! *Nightmares of shapes of all sizes looming in the distance and followed by postulates and theorems* 4 measly points, teacher! Why do I fall just short of the goal line? Aw well. Comics, like math, must be practiced. Maybe when I take the final exam, I'll fare better. Come to think of it, I always overly relied on end-of-the-semester exams! :S

Loki looks so cute here.
I adore how she's always all "RAWR" about things. Reminds me of me at my best.

Thanks so much. T_T
I'm sorry I didn't spend much time on this one, but it's Tony, so maybe that makes up for it? :)
NOTE: I guess I should have mentioned, but I'm taking care of my Daddy right now (he had surgery), so I can't update just yet; therefore, I put this quickie up as a placeholder. *clasps hands* Forgive me!
------------
@Cello Studios (Ashikai): Thanks, Ash. I can thank Tess for the niceness that has befallen me as of late, I guess. :) I see you're reposting Greyrune...*runs off to fave it*
@u_queen: I think it's all due to the nice spotlight you guys got me. It won't be like this forever, I promise! (I guess images all the time can get annoying to readers! XD) I can't really update for real now anyways, though. My Daddy had surgery and I'm caring for him right now. :3 Be patient with me.
@Jazeki: You make it sound like he's feeding a dog or something. :D
@Crystal: Thanks for the double-comment. It's like an ice cream sandwich. :)
@HaKu10: Your icon is so cute... Thanks.
@yaoidragon: I just realized that it was Hiei and Kurama in your icon (this screen has better resolution). Thanks.
@kunpuu.chan: Ah, I knew someone would do it. It can't be helped as we're all forever affected by that voice over.
@catqueen13: Such comments would make Jude cry. No matter. He won't hear them. :S
@Mintus: It makes me happy that you like my pages more, actually. <3 I just feel compelled to do thank you pics when I can't update cause I feel like the comic starts to collect dust. My dad just had surgery, so I've been taking care of him. But I will update as soon as I can.
@DeadisAliveButStillEnding: Well, you know how it is. Some people are born rotten. :DD
@armyoflampposts: I will try my best to keep it entertaining and keep up my details, or maybe try to add more sophisticated details even ! :D
Hershey-Morning: I like soup, but "people soup" sounds a bit...criminal. Like Hannibal-plans or something! >.>
katiejuby: I hate mosquitos, too. I actually have written many a oneshot assignment on mosquitos because they annoy me so much. >8( I'm glad they spray for them around here in summer. My dad isn't doing that great right now, but I hope he'll be better soon.
@Bree333888: Aw, well the man has raised me, changed my diapers, taken me fishing, taught me to swim, and on and on...so it's the least I can do. :)
@BaldDumboRat: Thank you so much! Don't apologize about any wait. It's not I'm paying you or anything, so I can only thank you! *dances*
@Tess: *^__^* Well, I'm only just now learning to refine what I know about color theory and try and apply some new things, so thanks for the compliments. Makes me happy. I'm really sorry about that. Today I began planning the next two pages and I will try to update next week. My sister is coming to help with dad, so maybe that'll free me up some during Thanksgiving break. *crosses fingers* Oh, and I see. I feel spoiled now. For you, then, there shall be cafe guy. But only after I've done some pages for updates. I feel like a slacker right now. I still owe Bubbles a request and Neji an art trade, too. T_T
Keep on keepin on!

Wow! Cute story! I'm going to rewind and read a bit more than just Chapter 5. Very cute
story so far! You artstyle reminds me of Hitoshi Tomizawa -- it's so charming!

I was all set to comment on the page. but when I saw:
James: No. Really. There is no Santa.
Chloe: You're lying to me, aren't you?!
...I just started to laugh and it wouldn't stop. And it made me think of Saki putting coal in her stocking just to be mean, and stuff like that. I wonder...do I have attention problems?
