It's actually a giant crane; by making it really huge, I cut off the top part of the
sprite, which had the crane attachment.
Thanks for the compliment! I put a lot of effort into the series!

I know it's a text-heavy page, but I'm doing my best to make this comic tie into
everything that's been established in the Halo series already. One of the main things
that stuck with me was the scene in Halo 2, when Sgt. Johnson was telling the Chief that
the people of Earth needed a hero to believe in, in the horrible war they were going
through, to inspire them to keep living, keep fighting, and not give up.
Since it's also been established that the Insurrectionists, a coalition of Humans that wanted to live outside the rule of the UNSC, were constantly causing trouble for UNSC worlds, I figured I'd continue that storyline with a continuing Civil War among the Humans in the outer colonies.

comic over a year ago, and each of these 23 pages has been a labor of love for me, as I
put all of the care and painstaking attention I can possibly muster into each frame.
Chapter 1 is ended, but the story is far from over; stay tuned for exciting updates!
