I live in sunny Southern California where I work as a computer programmer. As day jobs go, it's a pretty good gig. My other hobbies include playing guitar, picking up art classes here and there, and reading other people's webcomics.

Thanks, Cannetella, glad you like it!
Yep, good catch Silverix. Fixed now.
Thanks, RandomDragon, glad you're enjoying it!
So it has come to my attention that some of you think the bars on the prison cell that our heroes are wide enough for Serris to fit through. You people think you’re so clever. And you're probably right. So while you haven’t inspired me to go back and fix my art fail, you have inspired this very rough, sketchy, joke comic, which is hopefully legible and would fit between last week and this week’s update:
Page 10.5
Also of major artistic inspiration for this was the plot of Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree.
I can't believe I almost missed the kickstarter drive on this. Way to pay attention, Arlene. I love this comic, keep up the good work.
I hope you has a Merry Christmas, TKGB_Cocker, and that you liked the secret santa pic I made for you!
This is so cute! I love it, thank you so much!
Your covers are so gorgeous. Looking forward to the book release.
This week marks the end of chapter 2, and next week we'll get right into chapter 3. Chapter 3 involves a lot of traveling, which is good for me, because then I don't have to draw the same background over and over. One of these days I will either make covers myself for the chapters or maybe commission someone else to make them for me. I need to make some character sheets. One more thing on the to do list :)

The vote incentive this week is a few practice sketches of Tyrus' face I did before drawing the last few pages. This week's page is the last you'll be seeing of his hideousness for a while. Too bad, it's fun to draw.
@shadowsmagic: She might have changed into something more practical, but there wasn't anything in her size at Vrill's house and she's never really been one for sewing.
Your compositions are always so lovely. Awesome job on this.

OK, I am going to try and give you some you might not have seen yet, because everyone already knows about meek and lackadaisy, etc.

This one, called the Copper Age, has some crazy awesome detailed and creepy art:

Border Crossings has a really cool art style and a well thought out world:

The Next Adventure is a fun story involving an air ship and a mysterious villain. The author is working on a short story now, but I'm fairly confident that it will start updating again after that:

Well, there you go, I hope that I gave you at least something new to check out!

I'm glad I stumbled onto your comic! I really like your art style. Looking forward to more updates.
Looks like the guards decided to use the buddy system for exploring that cave :)
Grats on the spotlight, you deserve it! Had you faved for a while now and I'm really enjoying your comic.
@daidaishar: It does kind of look like the sort of skull that might come to life and terrorize. Those types of skulls usually try to be a bit more subtle though, so that's probably why Tyrus isn't too worried :)

Looking good so far! I'm looking forward to the story!
