Hmmm... Who is the one giving these "tactful" hints? Is the word tactful in itself a hint? Why do people keep using it?
I've lost my mind.
EDIT: Found it! I'm on a school computer, so it was blocked from me! I had to use a proxy, but thankfully it worked!
