About Me
I'm possibly the most average and un-average guy you'll ever come across. I do cartoons. They're my thing. I draw a lot. I wear an awesome black hat. It even has pins on it! I also rock a pair of red, retro-style headphones. I'll listen to damn near any kind of music. I play lots of video games. I might have an unhealthy obsession with Pokemon. Not sure yet. My main goal is to make people laugh and smile.

DESU SUGOI
This comic stems from some of the anime I've somehow gotten Derek to watch. I'm not sure if I ever got him to watch "Azumanga Daioh", but I know I got him to watch MOST of "Lucky Star", and maybe some of "K-On!". In case you don't know who the characters are in the 4th panel, the top-left is Konata Izumi from "Lucky Star", munching on the iconic "chocolate coronet", a carrot-looking pastry with chocolate goo inside it. Top-right is Azusa Nakano from "K-On!", the band's 2nd guitarist (after Yui) and is known for an infamous scene where she's made to try on fake cat ears and meow. (Spoiler: IT'S ADORABIBBLE!) Bottom-middle is a cat from "Azumanga Daioh", specifically the one that constantly bites Sakaki's hand, even though she loves cats and all she wants to do is pet and care for them. (It's a recurring gag throughout the show.)
I just find it kinda funny that Derek had written me watching three slice-of-life anime, all about high-school girls, the three of which can be easily compared and contrasted. Ah, well. I'll admit I've watched all of these, even if I haven't finished some of them. But honestly, the three series mentioned in this strip are charming as hell and also have their hilarious moments. Consider them all recommended.

Oops! Computers suck!
I'm so, soooo sorry this one is late! I blame myself for being lazy at the beach (when Derek sent me this script), and then I blame my computer for being an asshole, because my hard drive failed and I had to wipe the whole thing. Thank Bathery for Time Machine back-ups, 'cause if I hadn't done that, I wouldn't have Flash and Photoshop and this comic still wouldn't be out, which is bad, considering its relation to the events at E3.
So, yeah. Microsoft? What the fuck? I know I'm late to the ranting party on this, but how did you manage to royally fuck up so much? Hell, SONY had a better conference than you, and that's pretty sad. Where do I stand on the whole motion control thing, though? It's doomed to fail. Honestly, I don't think the technology is ready yet, and it seems that if it IS working properly (which Move... sort of looks like it is), it seems to be good for only causal mini-game collections, which is a damn shame, because games like No More Heroes and Metroid Prime 3 show how limited (read: not needlessly shoehorned in) motion controls can help make the gameplay experience a little more immersive. But from the looks of how Kinect and Move are coming out, I really can't say that I'm excited for anything related to motion control, whatsoever.
Now, if the 3DS works as good as people have been saying it does, I can't fucking wait for the thing. That Kid Icarus game looks positively phenomenal.

Oh, Twilight. Twilight, Twilight, Twilight. You're a book series written by a fat Mormon, made into a major motion picture franchise. The last 3 movies of your series are all coming out within the same 12-month period. You've probably ruined the careers of Robert Pattinson and what's-her-nuts. The only attractive person in the movies is that one chick with the short dark hair in the Cullen family. I FELL ASLEEP DURING NEW MOON.
Anyway, E3 is nearly upon us and excitement builds as the hype train starts to leave the station. Will any of the things listed in the above strip be revealed? Will Nintendo redeem themselves with the hardcore audience? Will Natal and PlayStation Move absolutely suck and be full of shovelware like the Wii is? We shall all know by next week...

This is obviously one of the more game-related strips, and it's more than likely that this won't be the last. If you've never played Red Dead Redemption, expect to get blindsided by mountain lions and probably tigers and of course, bears. Oh, my! A Wizard of Oz joke! HOW ORIGINAL.

I would imagine having sex with a ghost would be like if your penis fell asleep, then you get that warm feeling when the blood rushes back in.
...That, or it'd feel like fucking cold air.

Okay, one thing you have to understand, here. Derek and I are Pokemon fans. Big Pokemon fans. Perhaps... TOO big. I mean, I'll admit that Gardevoir is a sexy beast (literally), and I've already lost 5 whole days (120 hours) to Pokemon Platinum, as well as almost 60 hours to SoulSilver. Derek might be even worse, but I don't exactly know for sure.
Anyway, if you want some clarification, here's the video we were referring to: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Mk9i_sz68Q

Like, every fucking kid at our old high school's prom this year had a fedora. It was nuts. No idea why. It wasn't even 20's or 30's-themed. Even still, at least Derek gets to enjoy it... if not in a very unorthodox way.

Derek continues to show off his verbose and well-worded writing style, which, coupled with the sharp vulgarness of the ending panel, is a great contrast. Expect the future comics to be just as wordy and smart as this.

This is it. This is the first comic. I was contacted one day by my good friend Derek, who told me he had a comic he wanted me to draw. I happily accepted. Of course, being the lazy bastard I am, it took me nearly a whole month to finish this thing. But, after I finished it and submitted it to Facebook, it was soon followed by another script from Derek, and so it all leads to where we are right now.
