I hate to sound like the village idiot but what exactly is she talking about when she

Out of curiosity, do Peter and Wiley dye their hair? It seems odd to me that their hair is
light and their eyebrows are dark, yet Dominic (or whoever hosts Open Mic Night) has light
hair AND light eyebrows. So what's the deal?
