@JokerMann: I understand that it's different with every person because everyone likes different things but I wanted to ask something. My boyfriend is transgender (female to male) and has recently been becoming more masculine lately and gets upset when I call him cute or really anything feminine. I do not have a problem with this and I feel like I support him as much as I can and I want to support him whenever or however again. That said, while I like to fancy myself a writer, the thinness of my vocabulary for masculine compliments can be likened to prosciutto. I was wondering if you had in mind any masculine compliments that make you feel especially, for lack of a better word, happy. I'm not especially looking for words that mean things like sexy or something as strong as handsome. I am mostly looking for things to replace the common display of affection, in other words, something to take up the role of "cute". Summary: Just something I can use that isn't too strong but isn't too light that shows that I do in fact care for him and that he did something that I found to be attractive, silly, or just likable. I am sorry if this question is too hard to answer due to massive amount of variables and I apologize for the length of this question. For it is a common fear of mine, I again extend my apologies if I come off as an egotistical prick or a daft bastard. If you have taken the time to read up to this part I would like to thank you for your time, and I would implore myself to go further in my gratitude if you end up actually answering this rat's nest of a question, no matter how short or simple your answer may be. Thank you
