Currently very excited. :)

And you deserve a break. Considering how long you've been updating this without a break I'd say you were well overdue one. Enjoy it.
There's going to be a delay on Page 100 going up. The new update day for page 100 is going to be Sunday.

It'll be worth the wait I promise.

Awesome. Awesome. Awesome.
How can no-one be around if you're there to chop it down?
Not Comic 100
First up, apologies for the missed update yesterday. Our router sort of died, or at least was in the process of dying a slow and painful death.

Between helping Jess hunt for a replacement and preparing for something that will remain half secret for now (Yes. I'm a tease.) I managed to miss the Friday update and didn't manage to finish off this comic until, oh, about twenty minutes before writing this, so instead I'm posting a comic today, but today's update comes at a price.

What's this price. No comic tomorrow. There's just no way I can get two full pages done this weekend and I thought as I'd missed Friday I'd post one in the middle of the two update days. There's logic there I assure you.

Anyway, as for the comment title. It's true. This is not comic 100. It's comic 98. The archive says 100 but there are two pages in the archive which are just images and not really comics of any description. I'm counting anything with "Interlude" in the title, because they're comics, just single panel ones and other single panel comics count. Interludes are just pages that don't fit into the current continuity for where they're put. I still like them though.

Anyway... I think I'm rambling now, so I'll leave you now to get on with whatever it is you need to get on with and if you're reading this more than three days into the future then I hope that will be reading the next page.

Anyway, no more rambling.

More comics on Tuesday and then Friday, which will be comic 100!

Go me! ^_^
"Have you people forgotten all that I've taught you?"

Apparently yes.

Gilbert's back!
Hey everybody, look who's back!
He is a title character after all.
A Grim in her natural environment...
We're back to the short pages again after the monster that was Friday's comic and that pesky clock still hasn't stopped working yet. You just don't get manufacturing quality like that anymore.

Now, there's just one last thing before I call it a night. For anyone that has an interest in listening to podcasts and reading articles about comics, I present to you which is Webcomic Rumble and not Webcomic Crumble as my tired brain just read it. Now I fancy some Rhubarb Crumble, damnit!

Mike is a very cool guy and good things seem to be radiating from that site, so if you have a few minutes to spare (and of course you're reading my commentary on the comic, so you obviously do have some spare time) go check it out!
*Looks at Blaze's answer*

Why didn't I think of that!?
That's gotta be the answer, right?
This one's a bit late.

This is the longest page I have ever drawn.

Anyway, many thanks to Tom again for letting me use his characters. This time it's the Station V3 pirates who've made an appearance.

Go check out more of the pirates at

I also drew a vote incentive for Ardra on Webcomic Planet.

You can check it out by visiting and clicking the Webcomic Planet link on the left side of the page.

That's all for now.
I'm off to make lunch.
Red stuff!

Join us this Friday for the next thrilling instalment of Gilbert and the Grim Rabbit, that will hopefully make this all make sense!

In the meantime check out and maybe go vote for them at Webcomic Planet to see some new guest art I did, because Ardra is awesome.
Oh yes, today's comic features another two cameos, because I like doing that. The plant from makes an appearance, because it's Station V3 and I can't seem to resist doing that.

Also check out which I, er, borrowed part of a panel from when drawing the last panel of this page.
This is officially the biggest Gilbert and Grim page to date.

It's alive!
It's been a while coming, but the next page is finally here. Hooray! Hooray!

It's funny, but this chapter wasn't supposed to introduce any new recurring cast members, but somehow it seems to have developed a life of it's own and they seem to be popping up all over the place. It's bizarre.

You'd think I would be somehow in control of this story, but no, the story seems to have it's own ideas about what it wants to do. I like how it's going, so I guess I shouldn't argue with it. It's going to do what it wants anyway.
Thanks guys. :)

I was going to try and get Tuesday's comic up for late yesterday, because I was running late, but it seem Photoshop isn't working properly right now.

Hopefully I'll have something working tonight, even if it's just Gimp so that I can have it edited and uploaded as tomorrow's comic.

Wish me luck.
Busy Busy Busy
Sorry for the filler-ish comic today. It's been a busy couple of days. They'll be a normal comic again on Sunday.
Haha. Great response.
Thank you. :)
Oh and check out Station V3 tomorrow (Wednesday) at
