The world is in turmoil as it's resources dwindle, and the citizens of the few remaining cities are barely able to get by. Around the time of the Earth's crisis first surfacing, strange forces have begun to appear, and an infection has spread through much of the world... "EX Disease"; An ailment which causes a Human's DNA structure to change form. From the slightest change of thought patterns to a complete change in the body's structure, often bringing about a "Mechanical" structure instead of organic. In time the World's most powerful Governments decided to "Exile" all humans who showed signs or symptoms of EX Disease. These unfortunate souls are cast out of the cities, and forced to live in the barren wastelands beyond, until their imminent extermination. *********************************************
