This is a colorful little comic about a colorful little clown named Blight. He is a sweat, silly clown with a heart of gold, but just like real life, things don't always go his way. Blight along with his little red balloon pal, named "My Lil' Red Baloon Pal", have some of the wackiest lil' adventures.
