John (Johnny) Bigsby, a recent convicted killer imprisoned in an insane asylum, tells the tale of a mass murder that ultimately leads to the demise of those that are close to Johnny. Is this story that he tells all a figment of his over imaginative mind, or is it "The Truth"? Follow Johnny into his testimony to see what really is "The Truth".
