Site Buttons

Postby ChainsawAdams » June 12th, 2012, 4:23 pm

Hi, I want to find an html code that would create two buttons that would link to my character bio and guest art page. Does anyone know of a good code or program to use?

I don't know of any program that would make buttons for you, the simple thing is to make a button yourself, just a regular small image, and upload it to a site like photobucket or similar.

Then you put this code wherever on your site you want the button to go.
Code: Select all
<a href="http://URL OF WHATEVER YOU'RE LINKING TO"><img src="http://URL OF THE BUTTON IMAGE"></a>

I see you have banners in your sig but your link is separate, the same principle that works for the above code works for your signature as well.
Code: Select all

Why don't you show us the code exactly as you used it? That is literally the actual code for how to put linked images on your site. Can you copy/paste from your html page into the forum, using the "code" button in the posting area?

You need to put this code into the "menu" section when you go to edit your site.
