This post lacks a lot of detail!
Many people become popular on their own, others do it with the help of a partner. If you feel that your idea could be entertaining and popular, but you just can't draw it, by all means, look for a partner.

But you will be hard-pressed to find one if you reveal nothing about your story and ideas. You know, like, is it a deeply meditative science-fiction? Is it a high school romance? A murder mystery? Magical kitty school girls?
There are a relatively small number of people coming through here, so I wouldn't really worry about someone stealing your idea if you post it openly or anything like that. But if you're worried that someone will steal your idea, at least say something about it, catch a potential partner's attention.
