I've been thinking about this for a while and I think my problem with evenings is that they are too short, no way of fitting in everything I'd like to do. But in general...
Junk food of some sort (probably involving chips and a milk shake or ice cream), watching an episode or two of a show I enjoy that I don't expect bullshit from*, spending some quality time with the rats, a bit of of video games and then lots of doodling and working on the comic with an audio book or a nice podcast on. No annoying noises from the outside OR the neighbours.
*lately every time I watch something I haven't seen before I get this niggling feeling of "yeah, but what if it's crapola that will just get me into a bad mood" and I blame the last series of Sherlock.
