Congrats~ I remember the first time I sold a drawing. It was exhilerating; then, when other customers discovered I was a teen in a corset who drew, my table was inundated with 40-year-old men chucking money at me. (Somehow, that was a less fun experiance than it sounds.) Ah, the lesser-known comics conventions... *ahem* Just keep on keeping on and enjoy~!

I sold my first drawing this spring. It felt awesome, but on top of that, it placed in a juried art exhibition, so I got money on top of the money I made selling it! I'd honestly like to do it again sometime.

Congratulations! I've never sold a painting in my life. I remember when I entered a painting in a juried art exhibit, and I won Director's Award! But my prize was $500 scholarship for the school that the art exhibit was held at, and I don't want to go to that school....:(

But one of these days, i hope to sell an original painting of mine!

But, enough about me! I salute you for your sale!
