Iron Giant comes in as a close second for me.

Also liked Angry Beavers, Doug, Pepper Ann, KABLAM, Rocko's Modern Life, Fairly OddParents, Spongebob, ChalkZone, Dooly the little dinosaur (Korean Cartoon, not anime), Pucca (Again, Korean), Looney Tunes, Tom and Jerry..
There's probably a lot more, but I can't think of all of them right now haha.

I've always had a soft spot for the The Snow Queen(Snezhnaya koroleva / Снежная королева). But it is one of the first animations I can ever recall watching.

There's actually a lot of Disney stuff, 90's cartoons, and that kind of stuff that ends up making a huuuuge neverending list.

And i add Les Triplets de Belleville. I love the artwork and animation of that movie.

Agreed! I just saw Tangled. It cracks my top faves because of the characters, but I wasn't a huge fan of the songs.
I'm so glad someone said the Boondocks because that's defs up there for me.
South Park anyone? Although the animation is admittedly pretty ridiculous so in terms of art that compares with anime- no chance XD
Love classic Disney. Beauty and the Beast, The Prince of Egypt, ALADDIN! OMG I love Aladdin.
Ok I should not have posted in this thread, I love way too many cartoons!
OMG I ALMOST FORGOT! Meet the Robinsons is possibly my favorite movie of ALL TIME.
Anyone else watch Veggie Tales as a kid? Classics.
Ok I'm going to stop now :P

Edit: except I forgot the Little Mermaid and that cannot be left unsaid.
Also props to whoever said Pepper Ann. I used to love that show.

The Prince of Egypt was Dreamworks, I do believe--I know it wasn't Disney. (as was The Road to El Dorado)

As far as Disney movies, I can't think of many I disliked, but Robin Hood and Mulan are definitely up there. Mulan, especially for the songs.

Oops. I did actually know that, I just always lump it in there. It was too good to be Dreamworks (jk)

I loved Tangled too. Maximus may be the most badass animal character in an animated movie I have ever seen. Hmm..he may have to compete with Diego of Ice Age and Toothless in my list :D

My all time favorite has to be Batman: The Animated series. Other than that I like most of the 90's Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network stuff, the 1994 Spiderman which I didn't truly enjoy until it was on reruns on Toon Disney, come to think of it the same thing happened with Batman. As for modern stuff or at least post 90's stuff I LOVE Billy & Mandy, Adventure Time, Regular Show, Flspjack, Chowder, Seth Mcfarlane's cartoons, Matt Groennings cartoons, South Park, Avatar: The Last Airbender, King of the Hill, Catscratch(anyone remember that?), most of the 90's Disney shows and Invader Zim. As for movies anything by Don Bluth, anything by Brad Bird, anything by Pixar that doesn't have Cars in the title, The Black Cauldron, all Disney movies from 1992 to 2002, The Dark Crystal(does that count?) and Batman: The Mask of the Phantasm.
