I don't know much anime and this probably isn't it, but Dangan Ronpa was made into an anime, so maybe that?

Nope ^u^
I suddenly got good at this. o_o

HINT
Spoiler! :
It was originally a manga written by Reki Kawahara. It's based on MMOs.

Sword Art Online ...never reveal the original author name ;)

My turn:
[anime] Some little guy can use a mecha ...and another guy is exaggerating in every dialogue he is seen ...and this babe with big bazoomas is the same age like the little guy.
There is some mecha-fights too.

Um...hi? I write Mystery Dungeon: Rising Storm and I'm the creator of SparkStory. I'm a blossoming artist, amateur spriter, and adept roleplayer. I love Kirby, Pokemon, TF2, writing, drawing, and singing.

Sailor moon, it has to be.

Of course ^_^

Also, my previous one hasn't been guessed yet :)

Hint 1: It's an anime, but not hentai.
Hint 2: The source material is hentai.

Also a new one: Terrorist kid with an afro spends his time looking down on his friends, family and society.

Nope, the only things I know from Dallas are the whole "Who shot JR" thing and when an entire season was retconned as a dream.

Drug addict sees sick people, makes them sicker, then figures out what was wrong with them at the last minute and makes them better.

St. Elsewhere? There's a great chart for that showing how all of the shows are connected through cameos and spinoffs.

House!

The Boondocks?

Here's one: Kickass in Japan becomes Power Rangers, and then becomes Fight Club (but not really).

Yep. I've seen the chart before, it's pretty interesting in a "Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon on crack," sort of way.

Yep.

House meets The Wild Thornberrys, but with stuffed animals.

I should mention I live in a house with young children, and most of the TV I end up watching live is intended for toddlers.

"family" and "robot" in a single description is all that it takes for me.

Futurama?

A gay funeral director's father dies, and the director's brother shows up to their father's funeral with a girl he boned at the airport before arriving home.
