Gillbert is GREAT! I'm just going to leave it at that so people have to READ THE COMIC to find out who I'm talking about!

But of course thoughtfully developed world and attention to detail in art are enjoyable too! Fantasy isn't quite my thing but I still found myself following the story with curiosity. :)

OH YAY i getta say nice shtuff about your comic!

WELL LESSEE HERE WHERE DO I START. so this ones for cop story.
first off: these backrounds are amazeballs. they're so on point. i dont even know how you're doin this. i would go crazy with the amount the detail ya put into them. also i think you do a really good job of switching between scenes and time smoothly. plus its packed with drama and mysteriousness which is always fun to read.

I really like the art and the premise is interesting. Freefar kind of reminds me of where I live.

Like others that have commented, I like the fact that you draw by hand. I also like the fact that you've stuck with it and gotten the good sized archive of pages that you have!

The commercial on the first page totally gave me Tron vibes, likely cause of the futuristic look and the eccentric white-haired host. I can't say much about the story yet, but I like that the protagonist already has his flaws (at least, I'm guessing the guy ogling his neighbor lady is the main protagonist seeing as he's also featured in the banner. xD). I enjoy when a character starts off a bit rough but grows on you over time when you learn more about them and why they act the way they do.

The background that you chose for the site itself suits the theme of the comic very nicely, it compliments the technological feel. Overall it looks like a very interesting comic and I look forward to see more pages of it.

PS: +1 for the use of the insult 'numb nut'.

I like the way your page backgrounds are the same shade of gray as the site background. Really makes the reading experience seamless and the dialogue eye-catching.

I like how it's in black and white, but still manages to be very detailed.

I like the cops in Nick Polar Bear - well, that was a given but I like how they aren't just redshirts as they often are in superhero comics! And I'm curious about Bird, I think you set his mystery up rather well. :D

Very well-done art and coloring! I also like some the background shots in a few pages.

I like how you've textured your greys instead of just letting them stay flat. It's not an overpowering texture, but it's pretty clearly there, which is something I've always found tricky. Kudos!

Really enjoying the watercolour/inkwash look in your intermission comic! And I'm curious about where it's going! And good for you for still drawing comics even if you had to pause with your main project!

I like how the faces look. There just so...something. And the art style fits well with the story's mood.

I can't remember if I've posted here for Glitch before, so I may be repeating myself, but I really like how colourful it is, and I'm also a big fan of your site design. It's eye-catching and interesting, but not overcomplicated. Nice work. =3
